My hard drive crashed, so had to go through some re-installation today. Decided to switch to Fedora 22, and wanted to get Vagrant and Vagrant-AWS provider up and going again. Copying the polkit rule will stop vagrant from requiring an administrator password to be entered every time you run vagrant up, but otherwise it can be skipped.

After a fresh install (in terminal):

 

If everything goes well, you should see:

 


Note, this is the order I went through (i.e. bash history, resolving packages for failed plugin install as I went), but may not (does not) represent the only order you can install these packages.
